The device · Netxom

Your artificial intelligence.
On your own device.

Voice conversation, local processing and document protection.

Netxom combines personal assistance and information management in a physical device linked to a single user.

The Netxom ecosystem

One device.
One Dock. Your profile.

Three elements to understand where information is processed, how it is protected and who Netxom is linked to.

The device

It brings together local processing, voice conversation and assistance functions.

The Dock

It is part of the system’s security. Its replacement requires a new personalisation.

Your profile

It links the device to a single user and defines the assistant’s personal configuration.

Conceptual representation of Netxom, its Dock and a user alongside a computer and a phone.

Computer and phone serve different functions. The proposal includes voice control in Windows and the eventual transfer of files to the linked phone in the event of a Dock failure. The illustration does not represent continuous cloud synchronisation.

The graphic layers illustrate personalisation; they do not represent a real interface.

Linking and personalisation

An assistant linked to you.

One device, one user and one personal configuration. Netxom is designed for an individual experience.

Assistant name and voice

These are configured only once during the initial personalisation.

Exclusive linking

It is not intended as an assistant shared between multiple profiles.

New Dock, new personalisation

When linking it to another Dock, the personal configuration must be repeated.

Local processing

Information is processed on Netxom.

The proposal places information processing on the device itself, rather than moving it to the cloud.

Voice interaction

A two-way conversation to accompany you and help you with your tasks.

Personal information and documents

Local processing, exclusive linking and file management are part of its privacy approach.

Local processing and connectivity are not the same thing. Check the connection and compatibility requirements for each integration.

Documentation and work files representing Netxom's document vault function.
Document vault

Your documentation.
A personal space.

In addition to conversation, Netxom includes a document vault function to protect the files you send to the device.

Files under the owner’s control

The function is designed to reserve the execution or sending of documents to another device for its owner.

Work and personal information

Management of files, voice notes and reminders in the same personal environment, linked to the device, the user and the Dock.

Security and relationship with the Dock

The Dock is also part of the protection.

Loss of contact, failure and replacement are different situations. Each must be understood with its own conditions.

Illustrative scenarios, not consecutive recovery steps. Click the image to enlarge.

Dock failure

In the event of breakage or failure, privacy is managed via software for a maximum of 200 hours.

Dock change

When linking Netxom to a new Dock, the device requires the personal configuration to be repeated.

Deletion and transfer are not the same. Transferring files does not involve recovering information that has already been deleted. The 100 and 200-hour periods describe different scenarios; please request the conditions and procedure for each case.

Before taking the next step

The essentials,
straight to the point.

Resolve the main questions about the device, its personalisation and its possibilities for use.

It is an independent physical device that combines local processing, voice interaction and personal assistance functions. It is not presented as an app that you simply install on your mobile.

The Netxom proposal is linked exclusively to a single user. It is not intended as a system with multiple shared profiles.

The name and voice are configured only once during the initial personalisation. Linking to a new Dock requires a new personalisation.

The documentation includes running programmes and managing files on the computer via voice commands. Check compatibility and configuration requirements.

Local processing describes where information is handled. It does not, on its own, mean that all integrations work offline. Check the specific requirements for each function.
